2018 Information below – we’re busy planning for 2019!
Farris Building Exhibit Hall
Registration for Fair Premium Catalog entries- FARRIS BUILDING TICKET BOOTH AT THE MAIN GATE.
Only NON-PERISHABLE (i.e. art, photography, crafts, canned goods, etc.) entries will be checked in 10am-2pm, Saturday, July 21.
BOTH NON-PERISHABLE AND PERISHABLE entries will be taken on Sunday, July 22, 10am- 2pm (ex. fresh produce, baked goods, cut flowers, etc.).
Entries must be picked up 12 noon -3 pm, Sunday, July 29.
Positively NO exhibits will be accepted before or after those hours.
Monday, July 23, during the period of 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm, the Farris Building will be open to EXHIBITORS ONLY who wish to view the results of their entered items. This Exhibit Building will close at 2:00 pm and reopen to the Public at 5:00pm.
NOTE TO EXHIBITORS
- New River Valley Fair assumes no responsibility for theft or damage for any item entered to be exhibited.
- An attendant is in building when open to the public. In the interest of protecting your exhibit and other exhibits, we ask that you please do not touch or handle any exhibits without first talking to the attendant.
- All exhibits should be picked up on Sunday, July 29, 2018 from 12 noon-3:00 P.M. Refer to “General Rules and Regulations” in premium catalog. Your claim ticket must be presented to attendant in building before removal. All awards shall be forfeited upon early removal or if articles are not picked up at specified time. Exhibits not picked up will be held at the Fairgrounds Office until August 3, 2017. Phone: (540) 674-1548.
